Thus, any operator (company, entity) that collects and processes personal data must apply the new requirements and provide transparent information on how the data is processed.

The registration number of the notification sent by AX Perpetuum Impex to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing is 17610.

3. Why do we process your data?

Your personal data (name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery address) that are found in our records are processed exclusively for the purpose for which they were collected, which is to successfully fulfill the processes carried out in relation to you, such as: account creation, authentication, order registration, realization of sales processes, realization of delivery processes information, recruitment processes, notifications, promotion of products and services.

Any processing of personal data for purposes other than those mentioned below will only be carried out with your prior consent.

4. What categories of data do we process and when do we collect them?

Personal data such as: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address are processed by Ax Perpetuum Impex only if you enter them in the dedicated fields on the site or send them to us by e-mail.

1. Newsletter data: By entering your e-mail address in the box under the section “Current News”, you agree to receive direct marketing messages from us from time to time. Through the various direct marketing actions we send you information about the latest products and services in our offer, special offers, advertising campaigns. 2. Customer account data: When creating a customer account using the “Create Account” button, you will be asked for your name, surname and email address. The password you enter is encrypted, which is why no one but you, not even us, knows this information. By completing this information and clicking on the “Submit” button, you consent to us recording and processing this data in your interests. If you place an order on our website, we will use this data for the purpose of successfully completing the sales process.

Additional data necessary for the successful completion of the sales process: depending on the options expressed by you regarding the method of delivery of the ordered products, we will ask you for a contact phone number and delivery address. The stored personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing contracts and processing your requests. After the completion of the execution of your request, the sales process or the contract, as the case may be, your data is saved taking into account the retention periods in accordance with tax and commercial legislation and, where appropriate, for the period necessary to protect the rights of the controller.
4. Data collected through the contact form: If you visit the contact page of our website you can directly address us a message or request without being logged into a mail management application. The minimum information you need to give us is: name and surname, email address and of course your message. In order to solve your request as soon as possible, by directing it to the right person, you can also provide us with the rest of the requested information: phone number, city and county so that we can assign your request to the right person. 5. Recruitment activity: The Ax Perpetuum Impex team is constantly developing. In order to facilitate your access to the available positions within the company, they are published in the careers section of our websites (if any) and on our social media accounts. By submitting your data and documents for this purpose, you consent to us processing the data provided solely for the purpose of identifying the compatibility of your profile with the targeted job, or to identify a corresponding position available within Ax Perpetuum. This data is stored in our database, protected against unauthorized access and processed in accordance with the current legislation on the processing of personal data.

We, Ax Perpetuum Impex, process the personal data collected through this website solely for the purpose for which they were requested, do not encourage SPAM, do not provide your contact details to third parties (natural or legal persons), do not sell, offer, exchange email addresses and do not disclose your email data to other persons accessing the pages of this website.

5. What is the legal basis on which we process this data?

The legal basis on which we collect, process and store this data is our legitimate interest to ensure the general functionality of the site, to execute a contract or request from you, our commercial interest if you purchase products from our company, or the consent given at the time of registration of the data.

Your rights

The new Regulation gives more rights to the persons whose personal data are processed:

• The right of access means that you have the right to obtain confirmation from us that we are processing your data or not, and if so, to provide you with access to this data as well as information about how it is processed;
• The right to portability refers to the fact that you can receive personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and the right that it can be transmitted directly to another controller;
• The right to object refers to the right to object to the processing of your personal data when it serves a public interest or a legitimate interest of ours;
• The right to rectification refers to the correction without undue delay, of inaccurate personal data;
• Right to erasure/right to be forgotten means that you have the right to delete your collected data without undue delay, in any of the following situations: it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing, you object to the processing, the data has been illegally collected, the data must deleted for compliance with a legal obligation;
• The right to restriction of processing can be exercised if the accuracy of the data for a certain period is disputed, sufficient for the verification of the data, if the processing is illegal but the deletion of the data is not desired only restriction, if AX Perpetuum no longer needs the personal data for processing but you request it from us for the defense of a right in court, if you have objected to the processing for the period of as long as it is verified whether legitimate rights prevail over your rights.

8. How long do we respond to requests received from you?

According to the provisions of the GDPR, within 30 days from the date of receipt of your request, we will provide you with all the necessary information regarding the fulfillment of your request or, where appropriate, we will communicate to you the documented reasons why we were unable to comply with your request.

We assure you that before proceeding with any request regarding the personal data processed by our company, we will take all necessary and reasonable measures to verify the identity of the applicant.

According to the provisions of the GDPR, the 30-day response period mentioned above can be extended by a maximum of two months if the complexity and number of requests justifies it, and you will be informed of this, if any.

9. Transmission of data to third parties for the purpose of sales

1. Your personal data collected and stored by Ax Perpetuum Impex in order to successfully carry out the sales activity based on the order received from you may be transmitted to our contract collaborators for the purpose of delivery of the order. We refer here to courier companies, if you have requested delivery of the products purchased by courier.
2. Ax Perpetuum Impex ensures that all collaborators and service providers with whom it works correlate their activity with and comply with the provisions of the GDPR and the applicable legislation in force.

If you have opted for online payment by bank card, we inform you that this operation is fully ensured by the payment processor, and we, Ax Perpetuum Impex, only transmit to the payment processor data relating to the amount of your order. Ax Perpetuum Impex does not access, collect or process personal data relating to the bank card used to make the payment.

10. Social networks

Our websites use so-called plugins from social network operators: facebook, google+ and pinterest in order to link the website with the social networks where the company has an account. Through these plugins, we do not collect personal data from you.

Google Analytics/ Google Adwords

Our website is interconnected with Google Adwords and Google Analytics services provided by Google Inc. for the purpose of obtaining statistical data on the activity of website visitors, respectively, in order to improve the visibility of the website in the online environment.

In this context, your address The anonymised (shortened) IP will end up on a Google server in the USA, where Google will use this information on behalf of Ax Perpetuum Impex to generate statistical reports on how you use our website.

The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be associated with any other personal information held by Google and thus you will not be personally identified through the IP address.
