Construction

The material of the water tank is anticorrosive according to the European standards in force.

The vacuum and water tank will be longitudinal and will be welded with continuous welding on both sides, provided with outer rings made of special steel.

The vacuuming tank, will be provided with separation diaphragms to stop the balance of liquids.

The material of the vacuuming tank is anticorrosive, according to the current European standards.

The flushing system

High Pressure Pump:

Pump flow: minimum 100 l/min.

Pump pressure: minimum 50 bar

Pump drive: It will be provided by a transmission system, directly from the power outlet of the car. The power socket is to be fitted by the car manufacturer and will be original, agreed by it. The connection to the power outlet will be done by one button and the machine will be moved with a minimum power outlet of 10 m.

Pressure Adjustment: The pump pressure control will be pneumatic through a regulator adjustable from 0 to maximum, from the control board. It will be done with the help of a flow/pressure regulator, automatically piloted, with pneumatic control

or hydraulic. Pneumatic anti-frost drain for the entire water circuit.

Vacuuming system:

The vacuum pump will achieve the following parameters: flow rate at 0.5 bar - 1500 mc/h.

Suction and discharge pipe: DN 125 mm

Water air pump cooling system.

Hydraulic Arm

Command area: It will be installed in the back of the car cleaner, in a perfectly sealed box and closed with a key. It will be equipped with control and adjustment knobs or levers to operate the following functions:

  • Operation of the hydraulic suction arm (left-right rotation, lift-down and extended-return)
  • Increase/decrease in cleaning water jet pressure depending on engine acceleration/deceleration
  • Emergency stop button in case of failure (mushroom type)
  • Rev meter for controlling the speed of the engine, vacuum pump.
  • It will be equipped with a radio remote control (wireless), for remote operation of the same functions as manually from the control pad. The weight of the remote control will be a maximum of 3 kg.

The following parameters will be displayed:

  • Pressure of the flushing pump
  • Deposition of the vacuuming compartment
  • Rev meter for the engine speed of the motor, vacuum pump and water pump.

The control panel will be made of stainless steel and will have flame retardant protection. All indicators and all control buttons will be labelled, fixed to the panel of the desk. Labels will be printed in Romanian.

 

Protection systems:

For the air sucked by the vacuum pump the machine will be equipped with separator, interchangeable impurity filter and safety valve.

 

Accessories

Washing gun For the DN 13 hose, a washing gun with a 1/2" connection will be supplied for washing homes and sanitizing the machine.

Galvanized steel flanges and quick couplings.

Extension device

Stainless steel pipe, diameter D = 125 mm, reduced end to D = 110 mm on a portion of 150 mm, wall thickness 2 mm, adaptable with quick coupling flange to the vacuum hose, length L = 3.00 m.

Crates for accessories and tools

They will be made of steel sheet, pickled and protected against corrosion, painted in the color of the self-cleaner with anti-theft device.

They will be arranged on both sides of the superstructure, with side access caps, fitted with locks and will be tightly sealed, for storage.

The layout of the crates and their dimensions will be chosen in such a way as not to suffer from the technical performance of the superstructure or ease of operation, in the sense that the spaces adjacent to the tank will be occupied primarily by equipment and working subassemblies.

Combined jet and cleaning vehicles are superstructure equipment that allows the removal of pieces of gravel, dirt, household waste and septic waste that cause blockages in sewer systems by breaking and pushing with high-pressure water. Combined jet vehicles while opening the blockages in the channel, on the other hand, due to its high suction power, ensure that the waste is sent to the wastewater tank.
